Data security

What is in place today, and what is still in progress.

• Firm data isolation

  Status: In place

  Each firm's data is kept separate. A firm can only read its own records. Automated tests check this for every table that holds firm data.

• Your data stays yours

  Status: In progress

  Our policy is that client data is not used to train AI models outside aiAlpha. We are writing this into our AI vendor contracts, and it is not yet confirmed for every vendor.

• Encryption

  Status: In progress

  Data encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Each firm gets its own data key, kept in Microsoft Azure Key Vault.
